Candlelight Restorative Yoga/ Meditation: By focusing on relaxing the body in restful postures, Restorative Yoga provides the body an opportunity to renew and heal. Simple, effective, and practical meditation techniques will be explored to give students opportunities to tune into their minds, bodies, and soul's needs. Restorative poses and meditation relieve the effects of chronic stress, release muscle tension, and tone the internal organs.
Core Yoga: This style is a vinyasa flow class with special attention to strengthening the core-the abdomen, back, buttocks, upper hamstrings and hip flexors. This class will build and develop your core while enhancing your posture. It will also improve the function of your digestive process.

Mindful Parenting: Approach parenting from the Zen Buddhist position of moment-to-moment awareness. Learn to slow down, enrich your life as a parent, and nourish the internal life of your children. Each 2-hour workshop will include discussions, group activities, and suggestions on balancing the stresses of parenting, tools to foster self-discipline in children, and tools for effective communication with children and handling challenging situations.
Mindfulness & Stress Reduction: Based on Buddhist philosophies and the work of John Kabat-Zinn, participants will explore their relationship to stress and pain and how they can use mindful living practices, yoga, and meditation to bring more peace, joy, and contentment into their life. Each 90-minute workshop will be unique and offer different exercises and principles which can be integrated directly into daily life. No experience with mindfulness, yoga, or meditation is required.
Parent Child Yoga: Little Lotus Buds: (one month to a year, no walkers please). A fun yoga time for mommy & baby. Moms will get a chance to stretch & tone their bodies while working on breath work & deep relaxation. Babies will get a chance to bond with their mommies & experience as much or as little as they want in yoga. This is also a good way for all mommies (new & experienced) to come together to connect & share stories.
Parent Child Yoga: Little Movers (12mo-24mo) A supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga practice for busy tots. Parent continues bonding with child as s/he feels comfortable with a moving body, develops self-confidence, and nurtures a creative spirit. Crawlers and walkers (up to 24 months) welcome. ($25/ Class or 8 Class Series for $145)
Parent Child Yoga: Little Tots: (21mo-4years) Parents and children will experience and learn more than 50 unique and engaging yoga postures, rhymes and activities for parent to share with a 21-month to 4 year-old. Little Tots & parents delight in practicing yoga, discovering new movements and singing together. Moms, Dads, and caregivers welcome!
Teen Yoga Night: Empowers teenagers to become more self-aware and confident. Students gain a sense of well-being while developing strength and flexibility, and also learn breathing and relaxation techniques.
Yoga Foundations: An introduction to yoga, offered in a safe, supportive environment to establish or deepen your understanding of yoga and its principles. Great for new yogis, those who want to refresh their practice or those who want to ease into their bodies and practice. Focus will be on the core yoga postures, meditation, relaxation, and breathing techniques.
Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa is a flowing, fluid style of yoga where the asanas (postures) are done in a free-flowing sequences and are timed with the breath. This class is appropriate for any ability level, from beginner to advanced practitioner and students will be given variations of each of the postures. Get your body moving, blood flowing and spirit soaring.
